iglidur® IC-02, stainless steel mesh with coating

Our wire mesh is coated with a tribologically optimised iglidur powder coating, which achieves particularly low coefficients of friction. In addition, the wire mesh results in a small contact area, which further reduces friction. The wire mesh can be cut and shaped to the desired form and is therefore very easy to install in existing systems to reduce wear and friction coefficients of components, e.g. chutes for parcels. This ensures the smooth functioning of the system without parcels getting stuck. As an alternative to wire mesh, we also offer coated steel plates.
