Product description
Narrow conductive toothed belt axis
The drylin ZLW-1050-ES is the perfect linear axis for demanding environments. In the conductive version, it combines highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel with lubricant-free and conductive igus plain bearings and an equally conductive, tension-resistant toothed belt. The electrostatic discharge capacity of the timing belt axis was tested by TÜV Rheinland in test report no. 331/Ex269366879.00/25 (assessment of electrostatic charge). In the assessment and statement, TÜV Rheinland confirms: “Based on the measured electrical resistance values, no dangerous electrostatic charging is to be expected during operation of the conductive timing belt axis ZLW-1050-ES-EX. The timing belt axis must be integrated into the potential equalization of the installation site”. You can find the test report in our downloads (german version).
