Smooth workflow

Production machine

The production machine saws, mills and punches aluminium sheets. To achieve the productivity requirements, the parts, which are between 2 and 4.5 metres long, must be processed at high speed and with great precision. At speeds of up to 2 metres per second, all the components must be very robust. The development engineer used an e-chain® from igus® to route the supply lines; this guarantees a smooth workflow without downtimes.
